Too Many Amendments

Their little flyer states:

"The proposed charter amendments are so long the Board of Elections couldn't even fit them on the ballot!"

FACT: Yes, that is correct. Whenever a section was modified solely to replace the phrase "City Manager" with "Mayor" the entire section has to be presented to the voters so they can see it in context.

This occurred about twenty times, graphically illustrating the overwhelming amount of power that has been given to an UN-ELECTED City Manager.

Why are these people so afraid on an elected leader with the same power as an appointed City Manager?

Heck, all but one or two of their donors are city employees or non-residents of Brunswick!
